Made Beauty Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional beauty products and educational services, all sales are final.

Training Courses
All lash training courses are non-refundable. When a course is booked, a seat is reserved and professional training kits are prepared in advance.

If a student is unable to attend their scheduled training date, they may reschedule one time within 12 months of the original booking date.

Course payments cannot be refunded once purchased.

Products (Lashes, Tweezers, Adhesives, etc.)
For hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
